Sold my first item on ebay - funds not showing in bank.

Hi all, 

Probably a noob question.

I check ebay it says "paid" 

I check pay pal it says "i got to ship the item" 

I check my online bank and the money isnt in the account, nor is a few things I paid for about a week ago. 

Whats going on?

When a buyer pays it goes into your paypal account ''balance'' and not your bank account.

Then its up to you to withdraw the funds to your bank account when you want to by clicking on ''withdraw funds'' just below your paypal balance.

BUT if you have bought items and its not showing in your bank account then odds are the purchases were funded by your paypal balance ie your buyers payments as that would be the funding source paypal would use if you had funds in there.

To check go and click on any recent buying transactions and see if they were funded from your paypal balance ie buyers payments rather than your bank account.

hey thanks - i had to go to "wallet" then withdraw, it says it can take 0-3 days to go in to my bank acccount.
