I sold an item a while back to a buyer who after a month decided the items were not original and he wanted a refund. He was told by PayPal to send the item back I'm the same condition as it arrived but I ended up receiving an item totally different to what I sent the buyer (it was a book in Italian)! I've contacted PayPal but I haven't got a response and I have until may 13th before PayPal check the tracking information of the buyer and decide that I need to refund the buyer. I have no idea what to do and the buyer is trying to scam me help!

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
