I was saleing my xbox1s and some add on, the highest bid was around 300 dollars. The payment was quick but was put in my PayPal as pending. I assumed this was because of the new buyer policy (where money is pending until shipped) so I went ahead and shipped it. A few days later the item arrived and the payment was marked as canceled. All I can find on the issue is people saying " wait for money to ship next time " well that doesn't help me. And on top of that I can't get my money without shipping it because of the stupid policy eBay has in place. If anyone has any advice I would love to hear it.
