Hi still have an ongoing problem with a phone I sold does the buyer have to return the phone in the same condition as when she received it .It was a brand new iPhone she has had the phone for ten weeks and has told me she has been using it .the problem arose because there was a mistake on listing in as it was listed as unlocked but I fact it was locked which I hold my hands up it was my mistake but she keeps saying she wants to keep the phone if I can get it unlocked I have told her I am unable to do so until the phone is six months old have told her this about four times but she keeps asking me to keep trying and in the mean time she is using it so if she returns it it won't be a a brand new condition any advise would be appreciated
