Request for business formation from private seller

I have just started sell on ebay to clear my stuffs, but just got email from paypal today said need to provide business license and supplier information, but I do not have at all. The listed items on ebay are all unwanted or unused stuffs from myself, so please anyone in experience or paypal support how to sort this out.

Welcome to the Community!

Even if you are not a seller or a limited company, you would be required to provide business information on your account if you have a premier or business account.

To get your account fully set up and become 'verified', log in to your PayPal account and then on the account 'Summary' page, click the down-pointing arrow below your name. Then complete the remaining steps highlighted in grey. Any steps you have already completed will appear highlighted in green.
