Hi,
I am hoping someone can help.
I have recently refunded the total amount to a buyer (from an item sold on ebay) I refunded him in full through paypal 4 days ago but I have today received a message on ebay from him saying that I have not refunded him and can I put it into his account immediately.
I checked back on my paypal activity, and it says 'Refund Sent'
I have sent a screenshot to him but dont know what else I can do.
Have I did something wrong?
Any helpwould be appreciated,thanks,
Greg.

You have refunded...end of, he can't do anything else.
Dependent on how soon after the transaction you refunded and how you refunded may mean that the funds are showing as pending or on temp hold in his paypal account, that is normal and he just has to wait.
If he is expecting the funds to show in his paypal balance then they won't if he funded your initial payment via a card, it will automatically go back to that card.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
