I sold a ds and when buyer received it said was fine . Couple days later she messaged saying it was broken (wasn't when I sent) but I agreed to a 25 pound refund and then once I paid that she filed a dispute which says I owe her the full amount of ds I sold. the 25 pound hasn't taken in account . What do I do
