If you issue a full refund, PayPal cancel the fee and reverse it so that the buyer gets the full amount back 😃

Paypal do not cancel the fee, you still pay the fixed amount of 20p. Only the % is refunded to you but with a refund the buyer gets the full amount.
Advice is voluntary.

Hi,that's what I thought but PayPal have kept the full amount that was charged in the first place not 20 or anything like that its 10 pounds odd..cheers
