Howdy! I just has something sell on Ebay and then got a Paypal notification. However, when I log into Paypal...the transaction doesn't exist. I've searched by Ebay user name and the email that was in the Paypal notification to no avail.
Any thoughts?
Could this be a scammer? If so...it's a lot of work for a $10 item.
Welcome to the community. Firstly, please check that your email address is confirmed through the 'Settings' section of your PayPal account. If your email address was not confirmed then the payment would not have completed. Never send an item until you can see the payment in your PayPal account.
