Problems with getting payed from ebay to paypal

i have such a strange problem with getting payed, im sold my item from ebay, and buyer have payed for this item to paypal, but i didnt recive any money from him, but its marked like payment send, what i now should to do?

Go to your ebay sold page find the transaction and click sell similar

Scroll down the page and double check your ppal email address is correct without any spelling mistakes

If its wrong come back for more advice

Are your ppal and ebay address linked?

Is your ppal email address the same as your ebay email address?

Do not ship the item until you see the cleared payment in your ppal account
