I have recently sold something on eBay. The postage address from Paypal is:
Address Line 1
Address Line 2
Prishtina
KOSOVO
10000
Albania
The buyer has added an extra message stating.. make sure you remove Albania, and just leave it as Prishtina, Kosovo. thanks
Paypal says the payment is eligable for seller protection if I post to the address on the paypal but if I am removing the Albania it is not the same address is it.
I would like to know someone's thoughts on this, I do not know whether to send the item or refund the buyer.
