Hi, I've printed off my postage label for an item I've just sold but I've been charged twice for the label. 1st one at 5.45pm then again later that night. Can you help? Thanks Jason

Hi Jaymeister16,
Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting about this.
If you have accidentally paid for the same postage label twice you should be able to cancel the one you didn't use. You can cancel your postage label if you haven’t used it, and it hasn’t been more than 7 working days since you created the label.
Here’s how to cancel your postage label:
- Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
- Locate the payment in your Activity.
- Select the payment to open the Transactions Details page.
- Near the bottom of the page, click Delete Label.
- Enter the required information.
- Click Cancel Label and Request Refund.
I hope this helps.
Rachael
