This is not just a browser problem - it is also an issue with the PayPal and Royal Mail websites not working correctly together - once again I am getting the "PayPal postage service unavailable" message regardlesss of which browser/computer I use. The service has now been unavailabe for 2 days, Phone support say they are aware of the problem but cannot offer any indication of when it will be working again. email support simply do not even have the courtesy to reply. I would recommend anyone to forget about using this highly unreliable service until is sorted out properly. At the end of the day it is cheaper to use an online courier service such as ParcelGo.com and get DHL to do the job. No problems with printing labels, you can still pay Parcel2Go via Paypal and the whole deal is about 30% cheaper than Royal Mail anyway.
