Pin Number to confirm new card

Hi how long does a pin number to appear in the activites section of Paypal? Asked for one last Wednesday & this Monday and one has not appered.

 

Can anyone help with this please?

It takes 2-3 business days to appear on your card statement. Usually its right beside the £1.00 charge.
