Hi, I sold an item and the buyer asked to return it and get a refund, I accepted and issued him a full refund. It's been 7 days and the transaction still has a pending status. I don't have enough fund in my paypal account to issue the refund but my paypal is connected to my bank account and card. Is that the reason for the pending status? Thanks
