Someone bought an item recently from me and they are saying they need their item asap but I'm not sure to ship it yet because the status is not saying the payment is completed, it says other. The payment is in my paypal balance not in available balance and I haven't recieved the money in my bank account. What does "other" mean? Is it safe to ship?
Hi. In reference to the above question, from my understanding a new bank account+e-check can lead to the other status in a verified paypal and ebay acount if the need be, even from powersellers. Its technically the fault of the purchaser for their payment method. The 1 other thing is it is usually just the first or second transaction in this form of payment where it willhold the "Payment Status as "other.
