Paypal fund holding ;(

I already sold 2 items successfully like 5 months ago and now i am selling anohter item but fund is still holding even tracking number is added, delivered and signed at 24 Oct, And already received positive feedback from buyer. Can anoyone explain me why my fund is still holding. they said i can get fund instantly after 90days past of my first item sold.
