Paypal Money Holds - Ebay Seller

Hello, I am a business seller on eBay and have sold many items before. recently I sold an item to someone in Colombia and have had a pending icon there for 7 days now. This is not the 21-day Paypal hold as I am not a new seller and nothing on the invoice states that PayPal is holding the money as a new seller restriction.

Sounds like an echeque, wait for it to clear before you send the item.
