Hi, Someone on ebay has paid to me £120 for sale of goods. I received an email from paypal to advise the money had been received. However upon checking my balance/transactions, it isnt there. I then saw i needed to confirm my email address. So i have done that, and the money still isnt showing. Can anyone help?
If your email address was unconfirmed then the payment would show on the buyers end as ''unclaimed with a cancel option'' so its likely that your buyer may have cancelled the payment before you confirmed your email address.
So i would check with the buyer first.
