Payment accidentially sent to old email address

Hello,

I changed the email address for my paypal account but forgot to update my ebay payment details.

I now have some payments for items that I have sold that are marked as being initiated but the payment has not gone through.

I have now added my old email address as a secondary address. Is there any way to get the payment reprocessed?

Any sugestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you have added the old email address then the payments should go through IF you verified that email address as well.

If they don't then it could be that your buyers cancelled the payment as if you had removed your paypal email address from your auction or not updated it then it would show as unclaimed on the buyers end and they 'may' have had the option to cancel.
