Long story short, I got scammed. A buyer opened a PayPal dispute 4 months after I sold the item (what a joke) My account is now - £50 which isn't a lot, but at the moment I cannot afford to pay it. I went onto PayPal to try and remove all of my linked accounts and cards but cannot delete any of them until I pay back the money I owe. My question is - will PayPal attempt to take the money out of my account? I am worried they will because this will leave my bank account negative which will then mean I have to also deal with bank charges. Also, what will happen if I don't pay it? I assume my eBay and PayPal account will be closed but I really couldn't care less, I've had enough of eBay and PayPal's **bleep** anyway.

My understanding is paypal cannot take money out of your personnal bank account, even if its linked. I stand to be corrected.
