PAYPAL FEE QUERY

Prior to raising my query with paypal can anyone shed some light on recent charges - I sold an item on ebay for £320.  Why have I been charged £17.48 paypal fees?  I thought the fee was 3.4% plus 20p per transaction?  Thank you

International transaction or buyer paid from internationally?

It was International Sale through the global shipping programme - how does that affect the fees?  i.e. what percentage and does that mean in affect the seller  (me)is losing out by selling through this programme?  I have in affect paid an additional £6 in fees but have received no additional costs from buyer?  thank you in advance for any advice/help

Why not go and read up on fees in paypals user agreement then you can see if they are correct or not.

Fee depends on the country you are receiving payment from.
