I’ve sold an item on eBay for £500, the buyer has paid via Paypal, my eBay advert clearly stated that it is collection only, both in the postage options & in my item description.
The buyer will not collect and is telling me to post to his UK address, of which I will not be doing. Can I open some sort of Paypal case or eBay case? I think my options are as followed:
1) I ask the buyer to cancel his payment and mutually cancel the order and I’ll suggest that I can drop the item off at his house and take cash on collection?
2) Open an eBay/Paypal case if possible?
Can someone please help, I don’t want to lose my seller fee when I won’t be receiving the money?
