Money taking longer than 21 days to pend

A family member transferred money into my PayPal account and it is taking longer than 21 days to pend.. what do I do? Or is that normal?

If they sent it as friends / family and not goods / services then you should not have it pending at all.

What does it say when you click on pending? Is there a clearance date?

Is it actually showing in your paypal balance as pending?

Was it an international transaction?
