Missing money

I sold an item on eBay, a quite expensive item and I have not recieved payment. I got an email saying I recieved payment, sent the package, and once I checked paypal again the money was not there. I am not sure who to call to get the problem fixed but I need an answer ASAP.

Well the speed you get an answer depends on if someone decides to log on and give up their time to help you.

You say you got an email to say that the buyer had paid but were the funds ever SHOWING in your paypal account balance?

You did check they were actually there before you sent the item did you?

Are you sure the email was not a spoof?

Was it an expensive item?

Was it sent internationally at all?
