Missing Money.

I received a payment in PayPal of 203 and then I tried to withdraw it.

After I clicked on the button to send the money to my bank a message came up saying the transaction wasn't done and I should add money.

The money, 203, was gone from my account and there is no record of the withdrawal transaction in my account

Now i cannot contact paypal to talk to someone so am very worried.

Any help would be good please?
