I have had a bit of an issue on eBay as "the item was not as described". The case as been solved now but because I had money pending in my account for a while, PayPal have put limitations on my account. They want me to provide evidence that I sent a Sony PlayStation 4 off. The problem is I have left my receipt at university and there is no guarantee I will find it when I go back. I have tried asking PayPal what I could do as an alternative but I just keep getting these automated emails thanking me for my corporation. Does anyone know how else I could provide evidence? Thanks.
