(IPN) Instant payment notification

Hi,

I am setting aMember (membership software) for a business and trying to follow a tutorial video on how to set up PayPal's Instant Payment Notification system that will tell aMember of payments received from our members - but the PayPal foprmat illustrated is far different from mine - so I ssume the video is old and PayPal have redesigned.

And I can not find any trace of a mention of IPN in my PàyPal pages.  

We are company so presumably have a 'business account'.  (Mention is made of that and a Premier account).   There is suposed to be a 'more' tab on the profile menu but there is not.  There is suposed to be a 'selling tools' page but there is not.  And a IPN field to take the url

 But I can not find it!
