I have recently sold a hat through a site named Grailed. I am new at this kind of business. I sold an item and shipped it and the buyer received it 5/5/17. The payment the person sent through has been pending for a while now, I'm starting to think the payment will never go through. (The payment was through goods and services). Does anyone know why this payment isn't going through? Am I **bleep** because I have already shipped the item? Someone please let me know what is going on.
