Hi, I've recently won an item on eBay but when I've tried to pay I get the following message whilst on Paypal **You have selected an address that this seller will not ship to. Please specify an appropriate address or contact the seller for more information.** The seller is in USA and I'm Uk. I've asked him to check his settings but he's not sure what to do. We did communicate before the sale and agreed postage costs. Have you got any suggestions? Thanks Scott

I had this problem a while ago but I was the seller. I phoned up ebay and they told me what to do and it worked.
Tell your seller to go to Account tab in my ebay.
Choose Site Preferences.
Scroll down to Buyer Requirements.
Click on show on right hand side.
Click on Buyer Requirements Activity Log
Then tick your name and allow activity (or something like that can't quite remember the wording)
You should then be able to pay your seller.
Hope this helps and hope it works!
