I CAN'T SELL ON EBAY

Dear PayPal community.

I want to sell on eBay but the following massage comes up:

"....please log in to your PayPal account, and go to My Account > Resolution Center, and complete the steps for each requirement."

I checked everything in the Resolution Centre on the PayPal website but it seems I paid everything.

In the "Resolutin centre cases" section it says: "no cases found" whatever I chose.

Anyone any idea?

is your email addy verified?

have you got a bank account linked setting up the direct debit mandate?

do you have a back up c.c. linked?

Hi! Thanks for answerring!

I have no business acount but earlier I could sell on ebay.

My bank account is linked to paypal, I can receive and sendmoney via PayPal.

I don't know what "back up cc" means but anyway...

I phoned them today, I think my e-mail was not verified, maybe this was the problem. 

Still I don't know. If I could list an item 4 weeks ago, why I can't do it now with the same settings? ..

I phoned them today, they  transferred me to the eBay call centre and there my problem was solved.

OK if you don't have a business account then you are not supposed to sell on ebay.

They will allow you to but once a buyer has funded their paypal payment to you x3 you will be forced to upgrade.

Also you have no seller protection if you sell on a personal account.
