How long can payment take to reach me

Hi I sold something on eBay on 2nd September buyer said they paid straight away by PayPal but it's still not in my PayPal account - when usually it's like 2 hours can anyone advise please

Is it showing as paid on Ebay?

Is it showing in your paypal transaction list just not in your balance?

Do you sell often and if not check your email addy here >>

Go and find the transaction in your “my ebay” > click to the right where it says sell similar > don't fill in anything just scroll down to the payments section > look in the paypal box > is the email addy in there correct with no spelling mistakes? If so then it would have been wrong on your finished auctions so come back for more advice.

In addition to @kernowlass information. Please make sure the email address is added and confirmed on your PayPal account. You should have also received a notification from PayPal to your email address on the same day the sale was completed. If you did not receive an email, it is also an indication the email address on eBay is not correct.
