How do I reimburse a recent received payment

HELLO I wish to refund a buyer who has recently purchased within last few hours. Paypal say payment has been paid to me. I am not happy with my sell so I wish to reimburse. Thank you

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and the refund option is at the bottom of that page.
