I've been scammed to send a laptop I sold on eBay to a buyer. I've rang PayPal and they confirmed that it's a fraud. How do I open a claim or something to helps get some of the money back? Any advice would be such a great help! Thank you!

I couldn't see that! Thank you very much! Their address was I America but needed it shipping to Sweden..... Rebecca Ladrup. Hopefully they can get stopped soon! How long does an appeal take? Was meant to use that money to move into a new flat with my partner Friday....

It would be best for you to speak with a customer support rep as they should be able to help you out.

What does a credit for my final value fee mean?

Credit for Final Value Fee simply means that eBay is not going to charge you anything for the transaction, as it was not successfully completed.
