Hello, i've recently placed an order on eBay and after a few days, i've received a mail from eBay stating that a third party has listed the item (the bag) on the seller's store list. I contacted the seller on the same day, the latter told me that she/he didn't sell anything to me and didn't receive any money from me, but the issue is that the money has already been deducted from my credit card. How should i request for a refund? Because it seems like a fraud to me as a third party has accessed the seller's account to list the item. i don't know where my money went but i wish to have a refund asap!
