Error code: 700747 72083

I sold a car on Ebay, and asked buyer to send a deposit by PayPal. He is now claiming every time he tries to send the money, he gets the error code 700747 72083, with "Sorry, but unable to process your request right now" in red lettering. I've never heard of this error code or message before. Tried Googling the code in various forms, but nothing. Is he trying to pull a fast one and get out of buying the car?

Its best to accept CASH only on COLLECTION when selling vehicles as the buyer could chargeback once the vehicle is collected

I dont think ppal accepts part payment.

As they have to collect it this is the best way

If they say they are sending a shipper to collect and for you to make a payment to a third party then its more than likely to be  a scam

A small deposit for a car is fine with the rest cash on collection.

Not sure why he is getting the error code but at the end of the day no payment then no sale.
