Hi. I'm having real trouble with a guy I sold a PS4 online code to. I sent it through the eBay messaging system. He is completely blanking me, has issued a charge back on the sale and won't contact me. He went straight for the refund money without contacting me and now won't say a word. The code was valid and correct but he won't give me it back. He wants it and the charge back, a win win situation for him obviously. He seems to have good eBay feedback but he won't contact me. I don't want to lose the £40 for nothing, I just don't know what to do with him, papal is going through it but I have the feeling he'll pull the wool over their eyes. He's completely silent, not even offering the code back. I'm being ripped off but don't know what to do. Have you guys any ideas? Thanks for your info in advance.
