I am new to selling on Ebay and have recently sold an item. The buyer has stated that they have paid the amount, but it is not appearing in my PayPal account. I have recieved an email from PayPal stating that the payment has been made, however my Ebay account says 'payment awaiting'. There is nothing appearing in my PayPal account.
I have also checked my email address for PayPal in Ebay as per suggestions to previous advice, and it is correct.
