Hello,
ok so guys I am a new seller and I sold a virtual code called "playstation plus code" for a person for 62$. The money got to my PayPal but then the buyer filed a dispute because he said that it took 3 hours to get the code but on my site I said that it is maximum 2 hours to get it (like what the **bleep**??) so he filed a dispute. Now the 62$ are not on my account so where are they, does the buyer keep it? He doesn't seem to reply to my messages in the dispute page, another question is what will happen to the money within 21 days, will I get them or will the buyer keep them? I am really scared and would appreciate any help ❤️

2. Item received but not as described?
3. Unauthorised transaction?

What did he open a dispute for?
Item NOT received or item received but not as described, those are the only 2 options.
There is not an option for received late.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

OK then paypal should ask you to provide some proof that you sent it BUT its a bit risky with virtual items as you can't provide a tracking number and you have no paypal seller protection.
