Did not get my money

I sold my textbook and never got money for it. It says payment received; however nothing happened and when I try to go with the problem to the resolutions center it says--sorry looks like something went wrong on our end.

If you sold something for the first time, PayPal may have placed the payments you received in your pending balance. This is practised in the effort to provide a safer and protected online payment environment for both the buyer and seller. The payment is placed on a 21-days hold. 

If you add the tracking number and mark the transaction as shipped in the details of the pending payment, your funds will be released to you sooner than the 21 days. You can find more information here.
