Delivered to a name and address which I got off ebay, now the name and address are different.

I sent a parcel to the name and address provided by ebay, the name is the same as their ID name shown when they bid.

They say they didn't receiive the parcel but the name and address are different from the original name and address, they are still using the same ID name to which I sent it. . I have proof of posting with original name and address which I have told them, so it has been delivered to the original name and address . A bit confusing, What can I do. Thanks

If the buyer opens a paypal dispute then you need a tracking number to prove delivery of the item to the PAYPAL registered address of the buyer.
