Complient about chargebacks on paypal

I have recently broadcasted various messages to paypal with days waits in between and each time no response. I have recently been lead to believe that I am being scammed by a buyer found on eBay because I sold a virtual Item that when sent doesn't have any tracking number which a postal service has so I cannot back up proof such as that. The fact that the buyer on eBay paid and received the item and now claiming some sort of refund from a item then cannot be refunded so easly suggests that this users' only intention is to provoke misconduct and illegal acts such as this. This may be hard to understand but saying it blunt is simply - I gave him the item which I can back up with screenshots and now he is claiming I'm guessing he didn't receive it so please help me stop this user adding more chaos to this world. if he pulls this off and takes MY money away from me it not only gives me a judgmental opinion of your so called "Safe money" but it also leads me to question the safety of everyones money

There is no seller protection if you sell virtual items, you can sell them but completely at your own risk.

If and only if your buyer wins the dispute you will have to refund them. But if the dispute is for non receipt and not a chargeback or unauthorised transaction then paypal will consider any evidence you can provide them with first.

Cheers for the help I did a plus kudos,

So the claim is pending and I have a week to sort it out. How should I go about it. As I sold it on ebay I contacted them but they could only ban the user unfortunately. What evidence you think they need?

I would jump the gun and phone paypal and give them whatever info that you had including ebays actions.

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
