I have just refunded a buyer in the USA for items sent via the Global Shipping Programme and now found to have been lost in transit. I have just discovered that I should not have made the refund but should have left it to ebay/paypal. Is there any way I can now claim compensation from the GSP for the refund?

Hello hall8606 ,
Welcome to our Community!
I would suggest you contact eBay in relation to their GLobal Shipping Programme claim procedure.
Thanks - Martin

Already contacted them. They transfered me to the Global Shipping Programme in the USA who were of the opinion that having already made the refund there was nothing that could be done!!
