- Hi,
If you accept PayPal on your ecommerce website, then you probably know that PayPal deducts its commission fee from your received payment before you can transfer it into your bank.
I have no issue with this, but wonder whether it might be possible to get a vat receipt for the deducted fees.
It causes us a great deal of extra work to go into PayPal and see what the net value of any sale is after deductions, so that we can enter the correct value into our accounts.
It would be much simpler if we could enter into our accounts the amounts as per the advertised product prices, and then process a receipt from PayPal for the deducted amount (i.e. their commission).
Any help or advice out there?
Cheers,
Jon
