Hi I was wondering if anyone could help in anyway, I recently joined eBay and sold my first item to which payment was paid via PayPal has I am new to this it states it takes 21 days to clear yet in previous conversation about PayPal I was told it only takes 2/3 days yet all I keep getting is "pending" notice yet it states on eBay payment received. I sent the item off has reading PayPal it says conformation about item is needed before money can be cleared which will be next day delivery.otherwise I wouldn't have sent it until I received payment though I understand PayPal has an policy that insures I receive the payment. .
