Cancelled payment

Hello,

I sold an item on ebay, buyer cancelled payment few days after i shipped item and provided tracking information

Now i dont have item and i did not received payment

What can i do?

If the buyer cancelled the payment then it sounds as though you never had it showing in your paypal balance in the first place and this may have been because of an incorrect email addy on your auction??

To check do this >>

Go and find the transaction in your “my ebay” > click to the right where it says sell similar > don't fill in anything just scroll down to the payments section > look in the paypal box > is the email addy in there correct with no spelling mistakes? If so then it would have been wrong on your finished auctions so come back for more advice.

Payment was shown on my pay pal account, but it was in pending status, and today buyer canceled payment and money was returned to him Any idea what i can do, buyer does not answer to my massages

Was it pending IN your paypal balance or pending INTO your paypal balance ie an echeque with a clearance date.

Only normally buyers cannot cancel even if the funds are in your paypal balance but pending if you are a new seller UNLESS the buyer files a dispute.

I got mail that i received funds on paypal, and funds were received but status was pending, that was 10 days ago, today buyer himself canceled payement I had to ship item so my payement would clear sooner and now i see it was better i did not ship at all, now i dont have item or money Is this some kind of a scam? What can i do so i get my money? Any advice

ok then that sounds weird as its not supposed to happen like that, your best bet is to phone customer services to find out what  happened.

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

Its like he just waited for me to send item to cancel payement so he gets item without paying, is it possible he can get away with this scam, shouldnt i be protected as a seller somehow by the ebay I cant belive this
