Can't send invoice

Everytime I try to send one I got this error:

Thanks for reaching out to us in regards to this. Sorry to hear that you have been experiencing difficulties when trying to send a payment through your account.

Can you please try clearing your cache & cookies on the device that you are using and then try sending this payment again on a different web browser to see if that helps?
