Buyer says item damaged wants refund

Posted item took out insurance buyer says item was received damage when I posted it it was in first class condition buyer now wants partial refund

The fact you posted it in good condition does not mean that she received it in that condition.

You can either negotiate a part refund IF she supplies photos of the damage OR tell her to file a paypal dispute and then if paypal finds in her favour she would have to return the item back to you trackable at her own expense before you have to issue a refund.

IF the item was NOT damaged then I doubt she would want to return it so would not bother.
