I recently sold something on eBay and received an instant payment notification. However, when I logged into PayPal, I could see that the payment was immediately refunded. The buyer didnt request a refund and I didn't issue one. It was done automatically by PayPal.
Has this happened to anyone before and if so, how do I sort it out? I can't send the item I sold until `I receive payment.
