Hello, 

a first for me, was sent some money today for a purchase, Paypal want tracking number, can't find where to enter it or where the activity is for the money they are holding?? Thanks in advance.

You can add a tracking number to your transaction through the Activity section on your account.

Here’s how:

1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
2. Locate the payment in your Activity and click Add tracking info.
3. Enter the required information on the ‘Enter Tracking Information and Order Status’ page and click Save.

After you click 'Save', the buyer receives an email, advising that you entered the tracking information for this transaction. The email includes the tracking number, order status, and postal company.
